Erasmus+ Application Procedure at Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (E MURCIA 04)

Students who wish to apply for an Erasmus mobility at the UPCT must follow the steps below: 

The first step to receive all the information concerning the Erasmus application procedure, is to be officially nominated by your home university. The home university has to fill in the nomination form below filled in with the required information of our future incoming students. After the nominations are processed by the International Office, the student will receive and email informing him the following steps to follow in order to complete his application.

IMPORTANT:  The students must be nominated with their institutional email at the home university

 Deadline for nomination:

1st semester and Full Year: 15th May 

2nd semester: 15th October

VIDEO: HOW TO FILL IN MY LEARNING AGREEMENT (UMOVE) AND REGISTRATION (AUTOMATRICULA): LEARNING AGREMENT AND REGISTRATION

Once your nomination processed, you will receive an email in order to complete your registration.

You will then have to fill in our Online Registration Form to complete your application. To do so you will have to enter your email address and the code you will receive in your email once we put in your details in UMove.

Deadline for filling in LEARNING AGREEMENT (STUDENT):

1st semester and Full Year students: 15th June 

2nd semester students: 15th November 

Once you have received the notification to log into UMOVE, you must daily check the UMOVE platform, as all the notifications concerning any aspect related to your mobility will be done  excusively through it.

In the other schools, the courses are given in Spanish, but students may do their final project in English.

UPCT HALLS OF RESIDENCE:

Regarding accommodation, there is a University residence next to our campus. All the necessary information can be found under https://micampusresidencias.com/en/cartagena/ . Contact e-mail of the residence is cartagena@micampusliving.com.

Apart from the residences, students can also rent or share a flat/house in the private market. If students are interested or need private accommodation, they should search for a flat once they are in Cartagena.

 FLATS / ROOM TO RENT:

The UPCT has now collaborated with The LOOP INN Hostel in Cartagena to offer the best accommodation to our students during their search for a permanent flat.
